My ISP (Shaw Cable) recently announced that users are supposed to have a 50% speed increase so I decided to test it out.
My last speed test for UsenetGuide showed up with a peak speed of 8.82Mbps which is darn close to the (then) advertised 10Mbps limit when you include overhead.

The IP address for our server is changing. It is still the same server and service, but the IP will simply be different.
If you are connecting to the server via IP address please use the following from now on

As I’ve said before, UsenetGuide offers amazing speed and completion. Here is a screenshot I took tonight using Newsbin Pro.
This was taken using 10Mbps cable (Shaw cable in Canada)
The download was with 3 simultaneous threads.
Not too shabby I’d say.
