And I&#039;m especially sorry that your new business plan was introduced &quot;by surprise&quot; so that none of your clients would have a chance to go for a last round of &quot;bulk&quot; bandwidth. Now I left for Astraweb, probably not being the only former customer to do so. Grateful for several years of very good service I felt I had to tell you that it would probably be beneficial to reconsider your change of paradigm. I would much rather have accepted higher prices...
