Account renews automatically. Unused bandwidth will be rolled over up to a maximum of 90GB (six months).
Credit Card Payments
Please note that all accounts paid by Credit Card are activated when your Credit Card has cleared and NOT when you sign up. We do this in order to minimize credit card fraud and to minimize spam user activity. Spammers and fraudulent credit card users rely on automated systems in order to abuse providers. This helps keep out costs low and helps keep the prices to our customers low.
Credit Card authorizations can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. Just because you see a charge on your credit card does NOT mean a charge a has gone through, it means an attempt at authorization has gone through.
In all cases you should receive a response within a few minutes up to an hour. The absolute maximum waiting time is 12 hours. If you have not heard from us within 12 hours please contact support.
